Tell Us What You Need to Move.

You are requesting the entire aircraft rather than purchasing an individual seat. That gives you greater control over departure timing, destinations, passenger arrangements, baggage, pets, cargo, and the details that shape the mission.

Tropic Air Charters is based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), but requests may include FLL, MIA, OPF, PBI, and other suitable Florida airports. Multi-city and overnight U.S. trips may also be requested, subject to operational review.

Passenger Charter Private entire-aircraft travel for families, business passengers, island guests, groups, baggage, pets, and passenger-and-cargo combination missions.
Personal Trip Management From the initial inquiry through mission coordination and post-flight follow-up, the team works to provide clear communication and reliable service.
Cargo & Logistics Time-sensitive freight, yacht provisioning, resort and restaurant supplies, perishables, construction materials, tools, equipment, fishing-event supplies, and island logistics.
Mission-Based Capacity The Britten-Norman Islander can support passengers, cargo, or a combination. Cargo capacity may be up to 1,400 lbs., depending on route, passengers, fuel, dimensions, and operational requirements.

Important Planning Note

All Requests Are Subject to Operational Review.

Destination availability, aircraft suitability, operating conditions, customs and immigration considerations, airport status, prior permission requirements, cargo acceptance, payload, dimensions, special handling, and applicable daylight-related operating limits are reviewed before confirmation. Tropic Air Charters is a 24/7 operation, but a 24/7 inquiry capability does not mean every destination or international mission can be operated at every hour. Helicopter charter inquiries are separate from Air Rescue operations.

FAQ

Request a Charter Questions

These answers help visitors understand how to begin a charter request without overpromising availability or operational approval.

What information should I include in a charter request?

Include departure point, destination, preferred date and time, passenger count, baggage, cargo details, contact information, and any special handling needs.

Can I request both passenger and cargo service?

Yes. Some missions may involve passengers, cargo, or a combination. Suitability depends on the aircraft, payload, destination, and operational review.

Is helicopter charter the same as Air Rescue?

No. Helicopter charter inquiries are handled separately from Air Rescue. For rescue-related services, visitors should use the approved Air Rescue website link.

Can Tropic Air quote urgent cargo?

Urgent cargo requests should include cargo type, weight, dimensions, destination, timing, and special handling details. For immediate needs, call the charter team directly.

Can I request a Bahamas destination not listed?

Yes. Provide the island, airport, cay, or destination name. Availability is subject to aircraft suitability, airport status, permissions, and operating conditions.

Does submitting the form guarantee availability?

No. A form submission begins the inquiry process. Availability, pricing, and operational details must be reviewed and confirmed by the Tropic Air Charters team.
