Does Tropic Air determine whether I can enter The Bahamas?
No. Bahamas Immigration and other applicable government authorities determine admissibility. Tropic Air must still receive accurate passenger information to coordinate the flight.
Why should I check the official website again before travel?
Passport, visa, health, customs, permit, airport, and dangerous-goods requirements may change after a reservation is made.
Are the technical CBP flight procedures my responsibility?
The operator and crew handle technical flight-manifest and permission-to-land coordination. Passengers are responsible for accurate information, documents, declarations, and following instructions.
Does FAA PackSafe approval guarantee Tropic Air will accept an item?
No. FAA guidance is only one part of the review. Aircraft limitations, packaging, destination laws, operator procedures, and mission-specific safety decisions also apply.
Can I rely on documents from my last Bahamas trip?
